1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyMutabaah, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this application.

2. Description of Service

MyMutabaah is a daily mutabaah (spiritual self-accountability) recording application that allows users to:

• Record daily spiritual activities and practices
• Track personal spiritual growth and development
• Maintain accountability for religious obligations
• Access spiritual resources and guidance

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

• Your mutabaah records are confidential and private

6. Intellectual Property

MyMutabaah and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tarbiyah Thaqafiyyah Resources and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Modify or discontinue features
• Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarbiyah Thaqafiyyah Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of MyMutabaah.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to MyMutabaah at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time through the application settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
